Building Concepts is an outstanding company in the home improvement industry. We host three products that are superior in their respective markets; Four Seasons sunrooms, Alside windows and siding, and Green Room Systems room additions. We have been a trusted member in the business for more than 20 years.

Building Concepts was founded and is owned by Jim Kirtopoulos. With over 25 years of construction experience, a master craftsmen with formal training in business from the University of New Haven. Jim is also co‑founder of Green Room Systems LLC a national company.

Building Concepts is Connecticut’s largest sunroom showplace, featuring eight stunning, full sized models on display to experience first hand. We have been an independently owned and operated franchise of Four Seasons sunrooms for more than 10 years.
